ATTENTION!!

I need photo's of the shut down. I need all your help to put the final nail in Mikes coffin. I need photo's & pic's of the shut down....IE, photo's of furniture being moved out, for sale signs, notices, people leaving, anything that will show absolute truth to the shut-down. After that I know his death camps are gone forever, I will revel myself to you all.
I can assure you this will be very interesting, and a shock to the dear Dr Mike.  After which I am sending a E-mail to the Orange County Register about the crimes and atrocities that Mike has committed.

                            the story is almost finished

The state has been notified on NUMEROUS occasions during the last 6 months. While it is well understood that Mike should not be running a treatment center, is the state of California not culpable here as well? How many reports must be made? The state apparently follows up only on allegations that are submitted in writing or via email directed to LCBcomp@adp.ca.gov . I have reliable information that a minimum of six reports were made to Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs – Programs Compliance Branch just in the last few months… that were made at times when things were getting pretty chaotic at the Ranch and the Midway Sober Living Environment (SLE). Midway was housing individuals that were paying for treatment but residing in the SLE, thus netting Mike some extra cash---These are just a few of the infractions that should have shut CRTC down just in an effort to protect the clients, and potential future clients. That is the tip of the iceberg-aside from all the ethical allegations, the Dr. Mike Medication Management System, and sexual harassment claims.
My hope is that Mr. Sober Guy can resolve the burden of resentments you hold towards a very sick man. A lot of energy has been spewed across these pages, if we could just take all of this energy and do something to make a difference…
For me it is easier to treat simple minded, and dumb ass people as though it were their first day in the rooms. Possibly you or we could make it our mission to have a better watch-dog type of organization in place to prevent tragic stories such as this one from happening again. It is unfortunate but Mike is not the only individual out there running a program that should not be.
I know there is a lot of truth to these blogs, however there is also a lot of embellishment. I understand the desire to paint as ugly a picture as possible, but these truths I speak of are bad enough. They were bad enough to lead up to two senseless deaths that could have been avoided.
I don’t even think the state shut them down, I believe they threw in the towel when the last girl left to seek treatment where she would receive services. The sad thing is the state should have been there responding to phone calls and emails indicating that as of November 22, 2010 all certified counselors had quit and there was no persons present to provide counseling services.
The state is still requesting the address in Midway City. How can this be, after more than a month has passed since Jeff and Donny were taken by this disease? Are city, County and State officials communicating? How do we make this happen? I believe we can all have a part in turning this heartbreaking tragedy into something positive that will continue to serve our communities in the years to come. All of this bashing takes a lot of energy. Let’s redirect that energy towards policy changes and the stricter enforcement of policies that are currently in place.
Thank you, Mr. Sober Guy for enlightening as many people as you have. You have also potentially saved many, many lives. Thank you for your passion, and thank you for sharing this not so pretty part of your journey with all of us. You have made a huge difference.

I have just received a copy of the actual complaint the state filed. The facts are in. Attorneys For the State of Ca.Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs [Dept of.A.D.P.] head attorney's filed their complete report of over 60 pages. as Document "Accusation for Revocation of License" Gov. Code 11503.

1. The matter arises under Health and Safety Code section 11834.01 et seq.
2. The Regulations which govern adult alcoholism, drug abuse recovery, and treatment facilities are contained in the Calif Code of Regulations (CCR) title 9, section 10500 et seq.
3. The CA ADP is the agency of the State of California with primary responsibility for the licensing and inspection of adult alcoholism, drug abuse recovery, and treatment facilities.
