People put to the task
Mike is getting desperate, He is putting people to the task of hacking this blog site. I have "inside" info and it has proved valuable info. Since then I have reported Mike"s attempts to Google, and his IP traffic is being monitored. Hacking a website is a CRIMMINAL offense. But mike of course thinks he above the law. This man is a very, very sick person " belive me I know" I cant understand why he is still in business. Here is an example of his nature, the so-called soup or chili he serves may contain "DOG FOOD" seriously I have seen it, and he laughs about it. Dont eat the food at the meetings is all I can say. He dosent even qualify as a human being "he is that disturbed". All I can say is that EVERYONE that has experienced abuse at his hands needs to start a petition at every AA meeting place in Orange County. Conner Ranch is not rehab, its a tourture facillity. HE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

THIS FACILITY OPERATES UNDER 10 DIFFERENT NAMES. PLEASE SEE LIST OF NAMES BELOW:
Seashore(a.k.a. Connor Ranch) Drug Rehab in Huntington Beach CA is the worst Drug rehab program we have aver worked with. The owner of the treatment center name is Mike Nielson and is the rudest, cockiest, most unprofessional person we have ever worked with. His attitude is characteristic are similar of a person that is currently using drugs. He has an attitude of "holier than thou" and seems to be more interested in getting his ego stroked or money than anything else. We have received rumors of inappropriate behavior by staff and undisciplined activities by residents. We have not confirmed any of these allegations but based on our personal experiance with this facility it would not be a surprise if the allegations where substantiated. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE, AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON.
Cost is $8,500 per month for Substance abuse, $13,500 with Detox. DO NOT BE PERSUADED BY THE LOW COST OF THIS FACILITY. EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE IS LOW, IT IS NOT WORTH THE SMALL REDUCTION IN COST. PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUSTION WHEN DEALING WITH MIKE NIELSON AND ANY OF HIS HOMES.

Number of clients at Connor Ranch is decreasing. Thank God! Maybe people are finally starting to see some of the common differences between successful drug-treatment programs and Connor Ranch
Here are some that I have witnessed:
Connor ranch will use hardcore addictive benzodiazapines(Xanax, Valium, Klonopin)
and even more habit-forming opioids and keep you on them as long as possible, which will only substitute one drug addiction for another. This delusion of relief is only temporary and relapse is guaranteed shortly after. I do not know a single success story,honestly, not a single client that left connor ranch and hasn't had a relapse shortly after. PRETTY SCARY!
Effective recovery center on the other hand would try to wind you off habit-forming meds as quickly as possible.
Effective rehab=Light drug treatment+Effective, well-thought-through therapy by educated addictionologists and other professionals, trained on substance-abuse.Also, life-coaching and routines that help addicts aquire neccessary skills for coping with stress, depression, and be prepared for everyday's life struggles after they leave recovery center
Connor Ranch rehab=drugs substituted with drugs, meetings that do not require participation,and environment that doesn't provide alcoholics and addicts with appropriate life skills and coping skills
CONNOR RANCH DOESN'T CONTAIN ANY SOLUTION, nor provides addicts with tools that help them learn to live their life in a solution.
you are so right about the evil mike --Ive known and worked for him for six years and recently quit he already has several lawsuits pending mostly for sexual harrasment --seems likely seeing he has sexual criminal past --also he does treat his employees like crapwith threats of fake charges if you dont do what he says recently we were raided by the state because of all the complaints --everybody ran and hid like cockroaches --but i stood and took all the questions --believe me when i tell you that having to work and live in those conditions was not very pleasant --the state discharged me from parole probation and prop 36 --the state did the right thing --ive worked rehab six years --Ive quit as of december 08 if you or anybody else wants the dirt on mike Ive got it Im the only employee that hasnt had any complaints filed --in fact im the onlyone that has gotten praise form clients and the state signed soberdude

Mike Nielsen is the most disgusting human being on the planet. I should know, I lived at Connor Ranch in Huntington Beach and Midway City for six months! He should be brought up on charges for so many things I cannot even count! His love of money and not the suffering addict is DISGUSTING! He is a fake recovering addict as I have seen him take clients xanax and valium prescriptions with my own eyes and I have heard from close sources that he still uses and drinks on the weekends. His entire website about his rehab is a lie. It is not a luxury facility. It is a couple of dive houses with his sober living possibly not even being up to codes. He is a sexual harasser and predator of any attractive woman who are all in early recovery and vulnerable at his rehab, especially at the beginning of their stay. He lost Peggy, the best counselor I have ever had, because of his money grubbing and illegal behaviors. He lost Sam, the most awesome Manager because of his selfishness and he lost Brian, the best worker and cook because of his power tripping. Be warned: I STAYED WITH THE PROGRAM FOR SIX MONTHS AND NEVER RECEIVED A DIPLOMA OR ANY LEGAL PROOF OF COMPLETION! If you are smart you will go anywhere but Connor Ranch for treatment! One great recommendation in CA...Go to Serenity Knolls in Forest Knolls, CA. EXCELLENT PROGRAM.
